MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS
Ray has worked in the contractors school industry since 1971. Over the past 35 years he has assisted thousands of clients who have become licensed contractors under his tutelage. He has extensive background and working knowledge of all phases of construction and examination preparation.
Instructor - Palm Desert
Tomas Pacheco instructs and tutors students in the Palm Desert School. He is bilingual and coaches the students in Spanish for their English exams. Having retired after 20 years as an Indio police officer, he has spent the past 18 years in the construction trade.

John has experience in many areas of construction. For 20+ years he has worked in multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning and refrigeration, custom solar energy projects, custom remote water meter projects, commercial and residential tenant improvement (T.I.) projects as well as, historic restoration.
Having worked on both coasts, he has had projects in New York City, Long Island, Cal Poly Pomona, UCLA, Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles and Irvine to name a few.
For 6 years he was senior estimating instructor of a blueprint reading/construction-estimating course for a continuing education school in Orange County that retrained injured people going through the workman’s compensation program.
